Pins & Pours 2026 – Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Pins & Pours through Flicket, you agree to the following terms.

1. Event Overview

Pins & Pours is a social golf and hospitality experience held at the Bay Oval, running from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th December 2026. The event features music, food and beverages, and multiple golf activations. The Nearest to the Pin (NTP) Challenge and the Hole-in-One final are skill-based activities designed for entertainment and community engagement.

2. Eligibility & Participation

You must follow staff instructions and safety protocols at all times.

You may be restricted or removed if you are deemed unsafe or intoxicated.

You take part at your own risk.

Children under 14 must be supervised by you at all times.

If you are a professional golfer, you may take part in the Nearest to the Pin challenge but you are strictly excluded from qualifying for or participating in the Hole-in-One final.

Only amateur golfers are eligible to qualify for the Hole-in-One final.

3. Your Ticket & Entry

Your ticket is sold exclusively through Flicket, our official ticketing partner.

Your ticket provides venue access and includes one complimentary NTP attempt.

You may purchase additional attempts if you wish.

Your ticket price covers event entry only.

4. Nearest to the Pin Challenge (Skill-Based Activity)

Entry

You get one free attempt.

Additional attempts: $3 per shot or $10 for five shots.

Competition Format

All your NTP shots must be taken from ONE designated hitting bay.

Your shots are targeted toward one temporary green positioned over 130 metres away.

Distances are measured with GC Quad and Foresight Sports software.

Leaderboards reset daily.

Daily Winner & Prize

The closest shot each day wins a Ping G440 driver.

Ties are broken by earliest recorded shot.

Daily Qualification

The top 10 closest individual amateurs each day qualify for the Hole-in-One final (Sunday 13th December 2026, 5:00pm).

You may only qualify once.

You can only qualify on the first day you place in the top 10. If you appear in the top results again on a later day, that result is disregarded, only your best-ranked shot from your qualifying day is counted, and the next eligible amateur takes the spot.

If you are a professional golfer you may enter the NTP challenge but cannot qualify for the Hole-in-One final.

This process continues until there are 10 unique amateur qualifiers per day.

Compliance

Outcomes are based purely on skill.

Your payment is a participation fee, not a wager.

Prizes are not funded from participant payments.

5. Hole-in-One Final

The Hole-in-One final will be held at 5:00pm on Sunday, 13th December 2026 at the Bay Oval.

It is conducted from the same single designated hitting bay.

A separate final hole will be cut into the Bay Oval turf specifically for the Hole-in-One challenge.

The final hole will NOT be visible or accessible to you before the final.

You may not practice or hit toward the final hole before the official attempts.

The hole-in-one attempt will be played from a minimum distance of 149 metres, as stated by our prize insurer. The exact distance for your shot will be given to you at 5pm on Sunday.

The exact final distance and setup will remain confidential until the Hole-in-One shots begin.

Only the first successful hole-in-one during the official final will win the prize.

Prize: a Lexus ES300h Premium ($96,900 + on-road costs), total driveaway value of $98,395.

You get one attempt if you qualify as an amateur golfer.

There is no backup time on the day itself for the Hole-in-One final. If it is cancelled due to weather or another event affecting the allocated time slot, an alternative day may be arranged, at the discretion of the insurance company.

If no one holes out, no winner will be declared.

6. Prizes & Judging

The organisers' decision is final.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Organisers may substitute prizes if necessary.

7. Safety Conditions

You must take all shots from the designated hitting bay only.

You must wait for staff signal before hitting.

Dangerous behaviour will result in your removal.

Closed footwear is recommended.

8. Weather, Postponement & Cancellation

Play may continue in light weather but may pause if unsafe.

Organisers may modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the event.

If your session is cancelled due to heavy rain making the event unsuitable to continue, we will do our best to rebook you onto another session or day.

Should adverse weather force a full postponement of the event, it is pencilled in to move to Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th April 2027 as backup dates.

If the pencilled backup dates do not work for you, your ticket will be refunded less any Flicket fees and expenses already incurred.

If Bay Oval enforces a ground closure, your bay booking will be refunded minus an administration fee.

No refunds will be given for the cancellation of the Hole-in-One final.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
